Overview

The member on this site will help develop the capacity and reach of outdoor nature‑based and career‑skill programs offered by Earth's Classroom, which uses experiential education to advance awareness, understanding, and appreciation of ecology, cultural history, and their interrelationships.

Responsibilities

Assist with fundraising, grant writing, and marketing to build capacity and reach of outdoor education programs that serve youth in Missouri.
Help increase reach of site programs to Title 1 schools, ensuring compliance with state learning standards and requirements.
Collaborate on developing new outdoor educational and marketing programs to expand availability.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.
Strong teamwork, communication, public‑speaking, and writing skills.
Experience in fundraising, grant writing, environmental education, or related fields.
