Responsibilities- Coordinate, facilitate, and implement the disciplinary intervention program as well as the PBIS program.
- Motivate students in a positive direction to increase individual decision‑making responsibilities.
- Serve as part of the extended leadership team, 단 planning and facilitating staff meetings and cultural community projects and events.
- Work cooperatively with the principal, counselor, faculty, students and parents toward a positive school culture.
- Provide proactive leadership to engage the school community in the delivery of programs and services to support students’ academic achievement and personal and social development.
- Successfully work with culturally diverse families and communities and with all students, providing assistance in meeting academic and behavioral goals.
- Master’s degree in Education.
- Five or more years of successful teaching, counseling, deanship experience.
- Experience working with special populations is an asset.
