Sky Bridge Tactical is seeking a motivated Program Manager for the Advanced Amphibious Assault (PM-AAA) New Equipment Training Team (NETT) the Curriculum Developer will design, develop, and refine training materials in support of ground combat operations. The ideal candidate will create comprehensive courses, ensure relevancy in training materials, and contribute to the development of doctrinal publications and war fighting concepts.
This Position is Contingent upon Contract Award to Sky Bridge Tactical LLC Responsibilities:The Curriculum Developer's Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Design complete training materials encompassing tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) relevant to ground combat operations.
- Develop full-length training courses and review existing instructional materials for relevance and effectiveness.
- Identify and construct tactical architectures to support evolving war fighting concepts, capabilities, and techniques.
- Collaborate with designated organizations to develop and refine doctrinal publications, manuals, and system/equipment documentation.
- Ensure alignment of training content with current operational requirements, emerging threats, and evolving doctrine.
- Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to integrate real-world operational experiences into training programs.
- Maintain consistency with military standards, instructional methodologies, and best practices for training development
- Experience in curriculum development for military or defense-related training programs.
- Knowledge of ground combat operations, tactics, and doctrinal development.
- Familiarity with instructional design models, learning management systems (LMS), and courseware development tools.
- Ability to collaborate with military personnel, stakeholders, and other training professionals.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience in military training development or doctrine writing.
- Experience working with the U.S. Marine Corps or other military branches
- Knowledge of Advanced Amphibious Assault platforms and systems.
- Have attended USMC Curriculum Developers Course
