- $2,000 annual stipends for the hard-to-staff positions of counselor, social worker, and teacher librarian
- $3,000 annual stipend for advanced degrees
- $1,000 - $4,500 annual stipends for various extra‑curricular activities
* negotiated class averages lower than state requirements with compensation for overage*
length of work year: preschool teacher, hs / state preschool - calendar 5 (9 months/year, 179 days/year, 5 days/week, professional work day)
length of work day: 4 hours

*** in order to be considered for this position, candidates must have either completed at least 24 semester units worth of coursework or a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education (or child development), as well as carry at least a ctc site supervisor permit (or at least meet all requirements needed to qualify for said permit).
