Join us as an educator in a local after‑school program focused on disguised learning and daily enrichment. Our mission is to inspire a love of learning, support schools, and give families peace of mind.

Pay
: $21 – $23 per hour (based on education and experience)

Program Hours
:
Monday – Friday, 1 pm – 6 pm;
Wednesday, 11 am – 6 pm (hours may vary slightly depending on location)

• Daily Program Meetings: review goals and updates, share ideas, discuss progress, encourage collaboration.
• Organize and Facilitate Daily
  
  Activities:
  
  prepare and lead structured daily fitness, activities, and curriculum that are educational and enjoyable for all ages.
• Lead by Example: maintain a safe and nurturing environment, model positive guidance, and manage classrooms effectively.
• Prioritize Safety and Joy: monitor the environment, address hazards, and follow all safety protocols, including documenting attendance and incidents.
• Communicate Effectively: interact with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.

• Outstanding customer service and relationship‑building skills.
• Excellent teamwork and collaborative mindset.
• Preferred: at least one year of experience working with children under 13 years of age.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Motivation to inspire a love for learning and commitment to healthy living.
• Flexibility to support additional local programs as needed.

• State‑specific requirements.
• Cleared tuberculosis test and health screening.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Age 18 + years.
• Proof of High School diploma or GED.
• Completed Fingerprint Live Scan background check.
