Location: California
DUI Instructor – Bilingual – Monterey County
Responsible for facilitating the DUI program, serving the special needs of program participants involved with the behavioral health system or criminal justice system who are under the influence of alcohol or other drugs. The instructor will provide the educational component of all DUI program levels, guide clients with appropriate placement and orientation within the program, and conduct all levels of DUI group counseling services.
Confidentiality is required at all times.
- Teach educational components of all DUI program levels
- Provide client placement and orientation within the program
- Conduct group counseling sessions
- Manage client intakes and maintain confidentiality
- Experience working with adults in the alcohol and drug addictions fields
- AOD background and/or education, and must be registered with a qualified State licensing body to provide alcohol/drug instruction
- Minimum of two years of sobriety if in recovery
- Bilingual preferred
- Location: Monterey County – all 3 sites
- Hours: Part–Time
- Pay: $22.94 – $27.90 DOE & Licensure
