Qualifications- Completion of at least 48 semester units of study at an accredited institution of higher education; OR
- Possession of an Associate Degree or higher from an accredited institution of higher education; OR
- Demonstration of a rigorous standard of quality through a state or local assessment including knowledge of and the ability to assist in instruction in reading, writing, and mathematics.
