TheMoment
This is a pivotal moment in our 60-year legacy. We’ve just moved into our brand-new ambulatory space and united under a combined nonprofit parent, Rady Children’s Health, bringing together CHOC Orange County and Rady Children’s San Diego. With specialty clinics spanning Turner syndrome, Noonan syndrome, obesity, and adrenal leukodystrophy, we’re poised to scale subspecialty impact and expand clinical research opportunities.
Scope & ImpactAs one of ten board-certified Pediatric Endocrinologists alongside four pediatric endocrinology nurse practitioners, you’ll shape a full-service team. You’ll leverage our fully integrated EMR, co-lead multidisciplinary clinics—including DSD, CAH, thyroid cancer, and gender care—and mentor trainees in our UCI-affiliated endocrine fellowship. Your contributions will support our mission to advance care and maintain our leadership in pediatric endocrinology.
Success & OutcomesSuccess means delivering exceptional clinical care across approximately seven half-day clinic sessions per week, while dedicating one full day to administrative and follow-up duties and a half-day for team alignment. You’ll lead clinical research projects—whether industry-sponsored or investigator-initiated—in areas such as diabetes management or rare endocrine conditions. You will have opportunities to become recognized as a local expert, contribute to peer-reviewed publications, and support community outreach initiatives.
