We are seeking a board-certified pediatric physician for a locum tenens opportunity in the state of Missouri. The ideal candidate will have experience in both inpatient and outpatient care, including attending deliveries, rounding on well babies, and providing care for pediatric patients in the ER. The provider will work closely with a team that includes nurses, physician assistants, and office staff.

Ongoing Responsibilities:
Round on newborns and attend deliveries Provide care for pediatric primary clinic patients Perform circumcisions and stabilize and transfer patients if needed Manage phone calls from the emergency department and provide consultations Respond to calls for pediatric patients in the ER

Skills Required:

Board-certified in Pediatrics ACLS and BLS certification

Experience with pediatric ventilation management (including both acute and chronic care) Competency in procedures such as intubation, lumbar puncture, central lines, and chest tube insertion Ability to supervise and support advanced practice providers Must be licensed to practice in Missouri Call Coverage:
Beeper call with an average of 1-5 patients seen per shift Call response time: 15 minutes On-call duties will include providing phone consultations and responding to emergencies Support Team: RN: 1 MA: 1 PA/NP: 1 Office staff: 1 Travel & Accommodation:
