March 2025 Shift Options: 12-hour shifts: 7 AM???7 PM or 7 PM???7 AM Weekend shifts: 6 AM???3 PM, 2 PM???11 PM, or 10 PM???7 AM Opportunities for 24-hour coverage based on scheduling needs. Responsibilities:
Cover inpatient OB as well as inpatient GYN consults on the floor and in the ER. Manage a maximum of 9 scheduled cases per shift (3 during night shifts, 6 during day shifts), excluding unscheduled admissions. No outpatient/clinic duties required. Practice Setting and Support Beds in Department: 12 LDR + 3 low-intervention midwifery rooms. Support Staff:

7???9 RNs, 1 charge nurse, 2 triage RNs. Night

Shifts:

5???6 RNs, 1 charge nurse, 2 triage RNs. Additional Support: OB assistants and surgical technicians (available both day and night). EMR System:
Epic Requirements Board certification in OB/GYN (ABOG) is mandatory. BLS, ACLS, and ATLS certifications required. Prior hospitalist experience preferred but not required.
