• Four established Gastroenterologists needing a 5th Generalist, 4 APPs
• GI Hospitalist positions available with 7‑on 7‑off or 14‑on 14‑off schedules
• GI providers are very busy and ready to welcome an additional one.
• Bread and butter Gastroenterology practice:
  Advanced procedures optional
• Call will be 1:5 with new recruit with only one hospital to cover
• 5 Endoscopy suites with blocked schedule. 2.5 days/week of procedure time
• 400,000 population catchment area that is not over‑saturated and little competition

• Base Salary guarantee 650K or better base plus RVU production.
• Up to $80,000 in recruitment bonuses (sign‑on and relocation), profit sharing, 401k plus other competitive benefits
• Proven income potential well over $800K
• High potential income yet lower cost of living area, making your dollars stretch.
• Qualified for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program
