Pediatrics
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS PEDIATRICS (PED)
Base Salary: $245,000–$260,000+ (commensurate with experience)
Annual Bonus: Up to $15,000
Sign-On Bonus: $25,000–$30,000 negotiable
Relocation Assistance: Provided
Vacation & Paid Time Off: 22.5 days including vacation, sick, CME, plus 8–10 holidays
CME Allowance: Yes, supported and encouraged
Full Benefits Package: Effective first day
Retirement: Starts first day (3% match, fully vested immediately)
Malpractice Insurance: Fully covered
HRSA certified site for loan repayment
Additional Perks: Licensing dues, renewal fees, staff association fees, paid cellphone, provided computer
Patient Panel (PPD): 25–30
Clinic Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Schedule: 4.5-day work week with half-day for administrative tasks
Call: 1 week every 7 weeks; hospital is 10 minutes from clinic; no C-section attendance required
Credentialing Support: 60–90 days
Licensing Assistance: Provided

Must perform circumcisions or be willing to learn
Location Proximity: Around 1 hour to Springfield, MO; 1.5 hours to Tulsa, OK and Fayetteville, AR; 2 hours to Kansas City, MO
