Responsibilities- Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm / 4-day work schedule, after-hours RN telephone triage support available
- RN navigators providing care management support
- Accept internal medicine or family medicine physicians
- Resident-friendly - next year residents welcome
- APP clinical access support for administrative tasks
