SSM Health is looking for a compassionate, dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join its team in Wentzville, Missouri. This role focuses on outpatient primary care for patients of all ages, with a supportive, vibrant environment and numerous growth opportunities.

- Flexible schedule – optional 4‑day work week
- No rounding required
- Limited call: 1:12 with RN triage (Friday 5 p.m. to Monday 7 a.m.)
- Experienced, enthusiastic team
- Growing patient base in a rapidly expanding community
- On‑site lab and imaging facilities, including MRI, CT, mammography, bone density, X‑ray, and ultrasound
- Cardiology and podiatry rotations 3 times per week
- Well‑equipped practice: 9 providers (6 MDs, 3 NPs), each with 3 exam rooms and a designated MA
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients of all ages, from infants to seniors
- Perform routine physical exams, diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, and provide preventive care services
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and coordinate referrals to specialists when necessary
- Educate patients and their families about health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options
- Collaborate with nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, and medical assistants to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care
