As a UX/UI Designer, you’ll be responsible for crafting intuitive, elegant, and user-centered experiences for our SaaS platforms. You’ll work across the full design lifecycle, from discovery and ideation to final UI design, while contributing to and evolving our design system.
You’ll be expected to provide clear, well-reasoned justifications for your design decisions based on user needs, design principles, and business goals.
You support other designers by sharing your knowledge and feedback to improve the overall quality and consistency of design across the team.
ResponsibilitiesTranslate product requirements into simple, elegant user experiences.
Create high-fidelity UI designs for entirely new products and enhancements for existing ones.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and design solutions.
Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and scalability.
Contribute to a culture of feedback and continuous improvement.
QualificationsMinimum of 1 year of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or a similar role.
A portfolio showcasing UX and UI work for digital products, ideally SaaS platforms.
Proficiency in design tools like Figma or similar.
Experience working with or maintaining a design system.
Solid understanding of design principles and interaction design.
Ability to balance user needs with business goals and technical constraints.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently while recognizing the value of seeking assistance and input from colleagues when needed.
A self-critical eye and are always looking for opportunities to improve.
Bachelor’s degree in Communication & Multimedia Design, UX/UI Design, or a related field.
