The role- Support the creation of design and technical documents under guidance.
- Assist in preparing statutory submissions with oversight.
- Maintain and update BIM models and coordinate design elements under supervision.
- Collaborate with architects and team members to develop drawings, specifications, and models.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of drawings and documentation in line with company standards.
- Proficiency in technical drafting and 3D modeling.
- Meticulous with excellent organizational skills.
- Knowledge of digital tools and collaborative design workflows.
