Captain - Private Residential

Base pay range

$75,000.00/yr - $/yr

Our client is looking for a versatile, driven Job Captain with 3+ years of experience and strong Revit proficiency. You will have contributed to multiple projects and bring familiarity with high-end residential work in California. This role offers significant exposure to firm leadership, fast growth potential, and the chance to wear many hats in a dynamic, all-in-office environment!

Key Responsibilities

• Support project delivery from design through documentation, ensuring coordination, accuracy, and high-quality output in Revit.
• Collaborate closely with directors and project teams, contributing to problem-solving, consultant coordination, and day-to-day project management.
• Manage multiple tasks and deadlines, maintaining organization and clear communication across stakeholders.
• Assist in preparing drawings, details, and presentations for client meetings, permits, and construction.

Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of architectural experience; experience on several built or active projects. Strong proficiency in Revit.
• High-end residential experience in California a plus.
• Ability to multi-task, adapt, and take initiative—comfortable being “all things to all people” in a fast-moving studio.
• Full-time availability for a 5-day in-office schedule (40–45 hours/week).
