Represents the business needs for Event Registration Solutions by planning, managing and deploying projects of web and mobile technology solutions. Responsible for effective and efficient solutions based on business needs, working with various internal departments to achieve department goals.
About the RoleThe Web Producer partners with internal teams and clients to deliver high quality web registration and mobile application solutions for meetings and events. This role manages approximately 20-40 client websites per year, supporting projects from presale through postevent delivery. You will translate business requirements into effective digital solutions while balancing timelines, priorities, and stakeholder needs. Collaboration across sales, event management, creative, and technology teams is key to success in this role.
WhatYou ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)
- Deliver and manage 20-40 client websites annually from presale through postsale, including mobile application solutions when applicable
- Define business requirements by identifying needs, securing agreement on objectives and priorities, and recommending optimal web solutions
- Build, edit, and modify web registration sites and applications using appropriate tools through testing and delivery phases
- Partner with Sales to present web and mobile solutions to clients and support solution alignment
- Maintain a master tracking calendar for all web projects and manage multiple initiatives with aggressive timelines
- Collaborate closely with Event Management, Guest Services, Creative Communications, and Technology teams to execute projects
- Educate Meeting Event Managers, participate in project debriefs, and identify continuous improvement opportunities
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
- Strong ability to define requirements, develop solutions, and communicate progress to stakeholders
- Client facing experience with a consultative, solution oriented approach
- Minimum of 1 year of Cvent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of Maritz Travel experience
- Understanding of group travel processes
- Web development experience with tools and technologies such as Adobe, HTML, and CSS
- Experience supporting mobile application solutions for events
- Work Model: Hybrid role
- Onsite expectations to be determined
- Travel: This position requires occasional travel for training, client presentations, and project delivery
