Our client, a top Orange County architecture firm with national reach, is looking for an Architectural Designer

Design Job Captain
), to support one of their Studio Design Teams. This is an opportunity for a passionate design professional to shape projects from the early concept stage through entitlements, with exposure to a wide range of project types.
- This position is Fully ONSITE in CENTRAL OC - Hybrid or Remote NOT available

: 2+ years professional working experience;
NO recent graduates please

- Participate in early design phases, including schematic design and site planning
- Assist in producing plans, elevations, sections, and presentation graphics
- Support 3D modeling and visual presentation development
- Help maintain and organize drawing sets using company standards
- Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure coordinated design documentation
- Research codes and guidelines to inform design direction
- Understand and support deliverables across all design phases
- Strong attention to detail and time management across multiple deadlines
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Sketch Up, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong communication and visual storytelling skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and take initiative within a fast-paced design team
- Working knowledge of planning and building codes
- 4-year degree in Architecture or equivalent experience
- California architectural license preferred but not required
This role supports the design vision of projects that shape how people live. As an Architectural Designer, you’ll help drive quality and consistency across key project deliverables and contribute meaningfully to the firm’s design legacy.
