**** Job Overview
** The UX Engineer role involves close collaboration with UI/UX teams, software engineers, and product managers, focusing on building and enhancing user interfaces and ensuring seamless user interactions.
** Roles & Responsibilities
** To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  Other duties may be assigned.
* Develop and implement front-end architecture to support user interface concepts.
* Work with cross functional teams to develop ideas and create prototypes that convey experience intentions when static comps won’t do.
* Partner with our Design System team to ensure design excellence in our processes and workflows.
* Conduct performance and usability tests to validate design decisions.
* Offer constructive feedback in the design and engineering process and provide code review feedback to peers.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are feasible and align with user needs.
* Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
* Other duties as assigned
** Qualification

** Education and/or

Experience:

** 5+ years of experience in user interface design, front-end development, or a related field.

Proficiency in JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).
** Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
** May be required to have a valid driver’s license.
** Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
** Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.

Demonstrated ability to apply engineering and design principles in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Demonstrated ability to lead projects and work collaboratively in a team environment.

** Compensation**: $70,304.00-$120,000 per year#
