Position Overview
A growing architecture firm with a national reach and local presence is seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager for its U.S. Virgin Islands location.
This role offers a rare opportunity to lead impactful design projects while enjoying the lifestyle and natural beauty of island living.
The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader with strong Revit skills, full-phase architectural experience, and the ability to drive complex public-sector projects from concept through construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multiple architectural projects through all phases, from design development to construction administration
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients, consultants, and internal teams
- Supervise and mentor a team of 3-5 design staff
- Coordinate project schedules, manage deliverables, and track budgets
- Present design and technical solutions directly to clients and stakeholders
- Prepare proposals, estimate project scopes and fees, and support contract development
- Oversee quality control and implement continuous improvements in design and documentation
- Maintain clear communication and documentation across all team members and partners
- 8+ years of architectural experience across all phases of project delivery
- Proficiency in Revit and strong project management skills
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
- Experience with K-12 or FEMA-funded projects is a plus
- Ability and willingness to relocate to the U.S. Virgin Islands (relocation support provided)
- Professional references and a polished portfolio required

Architectural Project Manager
Location: St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands
Type: Direct Hire
Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 (Relocation assistance available)
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Work Environment: Onsite (some WFH flexibility)
