Physician - Psychiatry; Remote

• Engagement: Hourly contract (independent contractor)
• Rate: USD 82-287/hour

We are seeking a Board-certified or board-eligible Psychiatrist to join our customer’s team as an AI Trainer. In this fully remote role, you will leverage your clinical expertise to train and refine AI systems for mental health applications. Your insights will guide AI in understanding psychiatric concepts, workflows, and best practices, ensuring both clinical accuracy and ethical standards.

• Review, annotate, and curate psychiatric datasets to train AI models.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide insights on clinical cases and documentation standards.
• Utilize EHR/EMR systems, medical software, and digital tools to ensure accurate and secure data annotation.
• Develop and refine AI training materials to enhance understanding of psychiatric terminology, workflows, and clinical decision-making.
• Evaluate AI outputs for relevance, accuracy, and adherence to ethical and clinical standards.
• Communicate findings, recommendations, and best practices clearly in both written and verbal formats.
• Stay current with advancements in psychiatry, digital health, and AI in healthcare.

• Board-certified or board-eligible Psychiatrist with an active license.
• Proficiency in EHR/EMR platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with medical, graphics, and photo software for clinical documentation.
• Skilled in electronic mail and remote collaboration tools.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and committed to data quality and confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Experience in AI, machine learning, or digital health projects.
• Background in clinical informatics or medical education.
• Contributions to psychiatric research or published literature.
