Regional Clinic Manager’s Main Objective

Responsible for the day‑to‑day management of clinic operations, including financial oversight and people management. As part of our expansion, new locations will open in the St. Louis market in 2026, and this role will help lead that growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example in delivering warm, excellent care to every patient at every visit.
  • Ensure patient visits are conducted with 100% protocol adherence—accurately, efficiently, and on time.
  • Oversee a team of physicians and other staff conducting the site’s clinical trials.
  • Manage a team of Clinical Research Coordinators for their growth and development, including scheduling, performance reviews, and quality oversight.
  • Build the team by hiring and training as needed for the growing region.
  • Ensure all clinical trial protocols are adhered to 100% of the time.
  • Manage physician relationships and keep them informed of schedules and patient updates.
  • Problem‑solve with physicians and coordinators to resolve patient‑related issues.
  • Communicate effectively with external clients regarding site visits and data quality.
  • Maximize the schedule to provide opportunities to as much of the community as possible.
  • Drive the region toward profitability and revenue goals.
  • Prepare for new clinical research studies at the site (typically 1–2 new studies per month).
  • Voluntary travel to investigator meetings to learn about new clinical studies (US‑based, expenses paid).
The Right Candidate Will

  • Place client satisfaction as a primary focus and help clients achieve and exceed their goals.
  • Maintain high standards of compliance with study protocols.
  • Be remarkably organized and skills at problem‑solving, planning, and being proactive.
  • Accept ownership of tasks from inception through completion and assume responsibility for personal success.
Skills Needed to Win
  • 3+ years of supervisory or managerial experience, ideally in healthcare or a healthcare‑related .
  • Demonstrated experience overseeing operations across multiple clinical or business sites.
  • The ability to help drive teams while also contributing to patient visits.
  • B.S. or B.A. from an accredited university.
  • 5+ years of professional working experience.
  • Strong communication and decision‑making skills.
  • Enjoy a fast‑paced working environment.
  • Be a coffee drinker (tea drinkers accepted).
  • Onsite Monday‑Friday position; no remote or hybrid.
