Overview

Deer Creek Dental is looking for a Dental Hygienist to join our team.

Location:

2941 Highway K, O'Fallon, MO 63368

Work Schedule:

open to part-time or full-time, you choose!

Office hours:
Monday–Thursday 8:00am–5:00pm (huddle at 7:45am);
Friday 9:00am–1:00pm (huddle at 7:45am).

Appointment types: 60-minute recare, 90-minute new patient appointments.

• Bi-weekly hourly pay with option to Daily Pay to receive paycheck as earned.
• Ability to earn daily and quarterly bonuses.

• Current dental hygienist license in Missouri and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (as required)
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation
• CPR Certification

• Experience with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems
• Commitment to ongoing learning and growth of clinical skills for preventative care
• Clinical needs as required by the office

• Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation
• Prolonged periods of sitting and standing
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds
• Occasional need to attend virtual or in-person training sessions
• TB test required for all new hires in dental office positions (not applicable in FL & TN)
