We are looking for a remote Client Service Specialist for an insurance client of ours to support their Employee Benefits team. This role partners closely with Account Managers and Benefits Consultants to deliver high-quality service to employer groups and their employees.
This individual will serve as a day-to-day contact for benefit-related questions, assist with eligibility processing (new hires and terminations), help resolve claims and billing issues, run reports in benefits systems, coordinate with carriers, and maintain accurate documentation. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities are key.
Pay: $25-27/hr + Bonus
What we’re looking for:
- 1–2 years of experience in insurance, benefits, or client service
- Brokerage or benefits administration experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Willing to attain their Life & Health license within one year of working
