Lend Nation is looking for an energetic, positive Full Time Customer Service Representative to join our team.

The Customer Service Representative opportunity is a full‑time entry‑level position located at 10 Camden Ct. NE, Suite 1A Camdenton, MO 65020 (Branch 0578). The role includes cash transactions, initiating customer loans, contacting customers about past‑due payments, and working rotating shifts, some Saturdays (Sundays off).

• Complete cash transactions for customers.
• Initiate customer loans.
• Contact customers about past‑due payments.
• Work rotating shifts and some Saturdays (Sundays off).

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Cash handling experience.
• Ability to operate computers and standard office equipment.
• Safe, secure, reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Reliable attendance.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Proof of eligibility to legally work in the United States.
