Call Center Outbound Business Account Representative

• Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell services based on their needs
• Make outbound calls to potential business customers to present communication packages
• Provide high-level customer service by accurately entering customer data into the Sales Force system
• Utilize knowledge of products to assist customers with inquiries and highlight the benefits of switching to the employer's services
• Problem-solve and encourage customers to commit to services

• Minimum of three to six months of related experience and/or training
• Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
• Ability to engage customers in conversation and close sales effectively
• Proactive approach to customer interactions and problem-solving
• Outgoing personality with strong communication skills

• Associate's degree or higher in a relevant field
