Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Client Support Specialist to join our Client Relations team. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between our organization and our clients, ensuring contract requirements and service level agreements are consistently met.

What You'll Do
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for major clients
  • Ensure compliance with client contracts and SLAs
  • Proactively identify and resolve client process issues and opportunities
  • Prepare documentation and support client audits
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, IT, Client Support, and Accounting
  • Analyze and develop efficient processes for client-related functions
  • Maintain and update a centralized client database
  • Create and maintain job-related policies and procedures
  • Manage client-driven deadlines and ensure timely completion
  • Participate in conference calls and internal meetings

  • Experience in a collections environment preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Professionalism and discretion with confidential information
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing workloads
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
Work Environment

This position requires extended use of a computer and phone and frequent communication with clients and internal teams.
