Executive Host; Loyalty Club

Job Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to all Marina Bay Sands loyalty programme guests and assist them with their needs and requests.
• Thoroughly understand the Marina Bay Sands loyalty programmes and respond to any enquiries regarding the programme information.
• Manage the Loyalty Club Membership counters and assist with Sands Rewards Club and Sands Life Style membership enrollment.
• Provide personalised service to all Paiza Life Style members.
• Assist with Special Events and Promotions.
• Work closely with stakeholders (such as Retailers, Retail Concierage, Transportation, Front Office, Cage, Table Games, etc.) on guests’ requests and feedback, and ensure that excellent guest satisfaction is achieved.
• Ensure compliance to the organization’s guidelines and regulations when carrying out work duties.
• Perform all other adhoc duties as and when required.

• Education & Certification:
  Secondary education preferred.
• Experience:
  
  Prior experience in Hospitality or Customer Service will be advantageous. No experience required as training will be provided.
• Other Prerequisites:
  Customer-focused, excellent team player and possess good problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Word and Excel.
• Able to work on rotating shifts, public holidays and weekends.
