As a Customer Service Representative II
, you will focus on supporting our customers and independent sales and service representatives with orders, follow-up, and general questions. This role is ideal for a proactive problem solver who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Support our customers, Authorized Distributors, and Independent Sales and Service Representatives with any order follow-up and issue resolution
- Process equipment orders that require high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Provide support to our field team to resolve order issues and customer satisfaction concerns.
- This position requires a reliable individual who can work independently and has the general skills needed to adapt to various tasks.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service preferred.
- A detail-oriented professional who takes initiative in proposing solutions to challenges with exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, & Word)
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team-oriented environment with excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
