Location: Hybrid (Fenton, MO)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm, with one day on-site per week & rotating Saturday shifts (every 5–6 weeks, 8am–12pm).
Training: 3 days a week on-site for the first 2–4 weeks, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm.
AboutThe Role
We’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist who enjoys problem-solving and providing excellent service. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, agents, and internal teams, helping resolve concerns related to shipments, billing, claims, and other service issues. Every day brings something different, and success requires empathy, strong communication, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
- Investigate and resolve service issues, shipment delays, and billing disputes.
- Document interactions clearly and accurately in company systems.
- Partner with internal teams to find solutions and keep shipments moving.
- Negotiate resolutions, including customer service gestures and claims adjustments.
- High school diploma required; 1–2 years of customer service experience preferred.
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to de-escalate challenging situations with professionalism.
- Clear and confident communication, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable learning and using multiple systems.
