River’s Edge Products is one of the most dominant brands in the outdoor gift market, specializing in fishing, hunting, western, and licensed gift products striving to provide our customers with home decor and gifts that display their love of the great outdoors. We are looking for an Order Processor/Customer Service Representative.

• Represent our organization in a professional manner
• Communicate with customers via phone or email
• Cold calling prospective customers
• Resolve any customer service related issues
• Process customer orders
• Process customer returns according to established department policies and procedures
• Provide timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Excellent communication skills by email or phone
• Be an effective communicator and customer service focused
• Must have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
• Dedicated and self‑motivated with a passion to be successful
• Possess a strong work ethic
• Customer oriented to achieve long‑term relationships
• Proficient with computers specifically with Microsoft Office
• Must be able to successfully complete a background and drug test
