Position: Customer Service Representative (Call Center)
Location: California

Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join their client's bustling call center in California. This full-time, on-site position offers an engaging work environment where individuals can thrive while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Answer and manage a high volume of inbound calls in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Assist customers with questions, service needs, account updates, and issue resolution.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the system.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve concerns or escalate when necessary.
  • Meet call center performance goals, including call handling time, accuracy, and service quality.
  • Protect sensitive information and follow company compliance guidelines.
  • Collaborate with team members and participate in process improvement efforts.
  • Maintain a positive, solutions-oriented attitude during every customer interaction.
Qualifications
  • 1+ year of call center or dispatch experience required.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume phone calls in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems and entering data quickly.
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work assigned shifts.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a service-oriented or escalating-call environment.
  • Bilingual skills (not required but a plus).
Required Work Hours

Monday through Friday
