Overview
Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join their client's bustling call center in California. This full-time, on-site position offers an engaging work environment where individuals can thrive while providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities- Answer and manage a high volume of inbound calls in a professional and efficient manner.
- Assist customers with questions, service needs, account updates, and issue resolution.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve concerns or escalate when necessary.
- Meet call center performance goals, including call handling time, accuracy, and service quality.
- Protect sensitive information and follow company compliance guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members and participate in process improvement efforts.
- Maintain a positive, solutions-oriented attitude during every customer interaction.
- 1+ year of call center or dispatch experience required.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume phone calls in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems and entering data quickly.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work assigned shifts.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a service-oriented or escalating-call environment.
- Bilingual skills (not required but a plus).
