Front Desk Specialist - YMCA Ozarks

• Provide excellent customer service to guests during the duration of their stay.
• Oversee general appearance of front desk and 4th floor lobby.
• Performs any/all secretarial duties as deemed necessary.
• Completes all items on the daily checklist with accuracy.
• Sells and promotes special weekends to perspective guests.
• Takes reservation calls, enters the same with 100% accuracy and confirms all details with guests before ending conversation.
• Responsible for balancing shift activity. Counting all cash drawers each shift.
• Must provide information to guest concerning all programs, activities, and marketing materials.
• Maintain, process, and respond to all Lost and Found requests, including inventory of the Front Desk Lost and Found.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
