Responsibilities
  • Your Mission:
    Greet clients warmly—whether over the phone or in person. You welcome clients, answer questions, and listen closely, understanding that many of our clients host gatherings, entertain guests, and expect their properties to look impeccable at all times.
  • You help team members stay organized by juggling schedules, emails, and service appointments with care and urgency.
  • You’re the bridge between clients and the company, making sure the right information reaches the right people at the right time—especially when timing and presentation are critical.
  • You’re not just answering phones—you’re helping uphold Dowco’s promise of resort-level quality and entertainment-ready landscapes, reinforcing confidence and trust with every interaction.
