• High school diploma or GED and up to 2 years of experience in a related field
• Strong customer service experience
• Availability for variable shifts, including weekends and evenings
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Proactive problem-solving skills

• Degree in a related discipline or relevant industry experience
