About the RoleWe’re looking for a friendly, dependable Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for many of our customers—helping answer questions, solve problems, and make sure they have a great experience with our agency. You’ll also work closely with our sales team to identify opportunities to better serve our clients.
If you enjoy helping people, building relationships, and working in a team-oriented environment, this could be a great fit.
What You’ll DoProvide warm, professional service to new and existing customers
Answer questions about coverages, billing, claims, and products
Follow agency processes to handle policy updates and account changes
Help guide customers through the claims process and follow up as needed
Build strong relationships and trust with customers
Schedule appointments for current and prospective clients
Identify opportunities to offer additional products and coordinate follow-up with sales team members
What We’re Looking ForPrevious customer service experience
Friendly, clear communication skills (written and verbal)
Comfortable using computers and basic software (Microsoft Office, web-based systems)
Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
Ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Desired Experience (Not Required, But a Plus!)- Insurance, financial services, or office customer service experience
- Experience handling policy changes, billing questions, or claims
- Sales support or cross-selling experience
- Familiarity with CRM or agency management software
- Insurance license or willingness to obtain one
