Customer Service Representative - CSR Full

Job Description Position

Help our customers and team members in any way needed, with a welcoming and friendly attitude. This position fills many roles and requires a friendly and organized individual who does not mind pitching in wherever the need occurs.

What does a CSR with Paul Davis do?
  • Stays in constant contact with customers, industry partners, and team members
  • Fields calls/emails from customers, partners, and team members
  • Intakes, dispatches, and follows up on jobs/claims

    Collects required documentation for all jobs/claims
  • Problem solves and helps people find solutions
  • Performs office administrative operations
  • Other tasks and projects as assigned
