What You'll Do

• Be the first point of contact for service customers via phone, text, and email.
• Schedule service appointments and manage follow-up communication with professionalism and energy.
• Build lasting relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and repeat business.
• Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to create seamless customer experiences.
• Contribute to our mission of World Domination by exceeding customer expectations daily.

What We're Looking For

• Excellent communication and people skills-you love talking to customers.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude with a drive to succeed.
• Comfort with computers, phones, and CRM systems.
• Prior BDC, call center, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
