Location: O'FallonLooking for a committed individual with top-notch customer service abilities to join as a Customer Service and Sales Representative in O'Fallon, MO. Duties involve resolving billing concerns, updating insurance plans, and aiding clients in selecting appropriate coverage. Opportunity to offer pricing estimates to potential customers and assist them in navigating insurance choices. Ideal candidates will have a solid background in customer service and outstanding communication aptitude.
Compensation package comprises a base salary and performance-driven commissions.
Responsibilities:
Maintain regular contact with customers in O'Fallon, MO, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any inquiries or issues promptly.Provide professional customer service to policyholders by handling questions about insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy adjustments, claims processing, and billing inquiries.Ensure timely responses to customer emails in O'Fallon, MO, by offering detailed answers to their questions and resolving any concerns they may have.Identify opportunities for upselling to existing customers in O'Fallon, MO, and present additional coverage options to them.Qualifications:Looking for a committed individual eager to excel in a customer service position within the insurance industry.Skilled in effectively managing multiple tasks simultaneously to ensure timely completion.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must.Demonstrates professional phone etiquette and demeanor consistently.Preference for candidates with a valid Property Casualty and/or Life Health Insurance license.Positive approach towards both independent work and collaboration with a team.Strong problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries efficiently.Proactive and self-motivated to take initiative across all aspects of the role.Compensation:
