Dispatcher, Customer Service​/HelpDesk

Job Details

• Evaluate service calls and assign the best technician to each service appointment
• Embrace change and adapt effectively
• Communicate important information to technicians to ensure they have the best opportunity to service customers efficiently
• Coordinate with customers throughout the day to ensure they are fully updated with technician’s availability
• Work with proprietary and Microsoft systems to perform dispatching functions
• Organizing call counts and technician availability to ensure customers are serviced effectively
• Coordinating with Field Service Managers on availability and scheduling of technicians as well as successes throughout the day

• At least 2 years of Customer Service experience (Required)
• 1 year of dispatching (Preferred)
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong sense of urgency, highly driven and motivated
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes simultaneously
• Positive outlook and proactive approach to tasks
• Must be able to work nights and weekends when applicable
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Microsoft proficient
