Parking Attendant (On-call/ Part-time) — Parking Concepts, Inc. has an immediate opening for an on-call/part-time Parking Attendant in the Greater Los Angeles, CA area. We have a proud history spanning over 50 years of providing high quality, progressive and innovative parking management services at hotels, hospitals, retail centers, commercial buildings, and special events.

  To assist with multiple locations/events in the Greater Los Angeles areas. Must be available on weekends or as needed.
• Pay Rate: $18.00 hourly

Make sure that vehicles are parked correctly, maintain a clean garage, ensure equipment is in working order and provide assistance to customers.

• Assist customers with pay stations, prepaid tickets, and collect parking fees for cash and credit card customers at the exit.
• Occasionally directing traffic, driving when valet service is required; applicants must be able to walk and stand for extended periods. Valet experience is a plus but not required.
• Applicants must be able to speak fluent English/Spanish and courteously assist customers.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Identify safety hazards in the facility.
• Follow schedule and checklist closely but stay flexible when needed.
• Punctual, thorough, and have a strong work ethic.
• Accurately record all completed tasks.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must pass a background check.
• Valet experience is a plus but not required. Must possess a valid CA Driver License.
• Ability to sit and/or stand at a designated station for extended periods; ability to walk, bend, stoop, reach, grasp, kneel, crouch, twist, push/pull items and devices during scheduled hours.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. to position or remove barricades to open/close parking areas.
• Ability to notice and address cleanliness issues, spills, stains, and damage in the facility.
• Effective time management skills to complete tasks within specified time frames.
