The Overnight Closer (Member Services Representative) will provide outstanding customer service to Planet Fitness members and guests, handle all front desk tasks, and close the shift each night. The role involves creating a positive member experience and ensuring accurate bank deposits.

• Greet members, prospective members, and guests.
• Answer phones and assist callers with inquiries.
• Check members into the system and process new member sign‑ups.
• Conduct club tours for prospective members.
• Facilitate updates to member accounts.
• Respond to member questions and concerns promptly; elevate to Assistant Manager or Manager when necessary.
• Maintain club neatness and cleanliness.
• Close shift for the day and prepare a bank deposit for the next day.

• Customer service background preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Passion for fitness and health.
• Upbeat, positive attitude.
• Punctual and reliable.
• Strong listener with empathy and problem‑solving skills.
• Diplomatic communication and appropriate behavior.
• High School diploma or GED.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work 3rd shift (overnight).
• Ability to stand, walk, talk, and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
