In your role at Cube Smart Self Storage, you will manage and maintain your property, requiring strong customer service and maintenance skills.
The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for…
Customer Service- Develop customer relationships by identifying self‑storage needs and providing appropriate solutions while delivering a WOW! or 5‑Star service.
- Interact face to face with customers, provide excellent service, and build rapport.
- Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
- Walk the property to perform lock checks and show units to customers.
- Work independently and on a team to rent self‑storage spaces, sell store merchandise, manage the leasing process, accept payments through our POS system, complete daily bank deposits, and make courtesy calls to customers regarding late payments.
- Physically walk the property daily, clean units and property, open and close storage doors (up to 50 lbs).
- Maintain the facility by mopping, sweeping, changing light bulbs, cleaning out storage units, and performing light activities.
- Keep the storage facility clean and safe to meet company guidelines (clean restrooms, landscaping, parking, paving, fence, walls, doors).

QualificationsYou’d be great in this role if you have…

- Experience in delivering high‑quality customer service to a diverse market.
- Basic computer skills.

- Valid driver’s license and insurance with access to reliable transportation during the workday.
- While performing the duties of this job, you will be frequently required to stand, sit, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, climb, or balance on a ladder.
Hourly range for this role is $18.72–$20.29, based on experience.
* Some locations may require Sunday hours.
