We are looking for friendly, outgoing, confident, and innovative representatives that can handle one or more client chat sessions at a time, providing quick and accurate solutions to every client’s needs.

• Document all actions during chat sessions
• Respond to customer chat requests in a timely manner

Must be proficient in reading and writing English. Must be able to work on a strict schedule.

Must be able to work 8 am – 5 pm PST (Los Angeles Time).

• Data entry skills
• Guarantee customer satisfaction
• Handle tasks independently
• Type at speed – type texts accurately at a high speed
• Have computer literacy – utilize computers, IT equipment, Microsoft Applications technology in an efficient way
• Create solutions to problems
• Perform multiple tasks at the same time

• Skype & Microsoft Teams – for team communication
• Knowledge of operating Go-to-Meeting (scheduling presentations)

Laptop or PC with SSD, 4 GB RAM.
