We are a medical spa focusing on beauty is more than skin deep with our anti-aging and wellness treatments including body contouring and sexual wellness solutions, located in Chesterfield, MO. Our goal is to help our clients achieve the results they want with safe and cutting edge treatments. Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

  • Client Communication:
    Provide warm and welcoming responses to client inquiries, representing the authentic voice of skin

    Be Med Spa. Address queries about services, appointments, pricing, and offerings.
  • Appointment Management:
    Efficiently handle appointment booking, rescheduling, schedule optimization and cancellations using our scheduling software, adhering to protocols and availability.
  • Product Expertise:
    Develop an in-depth understanding of our services, treatments, products, and promotions to offer accurate and comprehensive information.
  • Customer Service Excellence:
    Display empathy, professionalism, and efficiency in addressing client concerns, ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Upselling, Cross-Selling And Overall Selling:
    Identify opportunities for suggesting additional treatments or products that align with client preferences, contributing to sales goals.
