Creative Producer

We are looking for a dynamic Creative Producer who will work directly with clients to bring their vision to life. This role requires a strong creative voice, strategic thinking, and the ability to oversee all creative elements from concept to execution. Ideal candidates have experience working with enterprise-level clients, a strong demo reel featuring top-tier brands, and a passion for delivering high-quality content in a fast-paced environment.

• Concept Development & Pitching – Lead creative discovery calls with clients to understand their goals and develop content aligned with their objectives.
• Develop compelling concept decks and pitch creative ideas that win projects.
• Write original scripts and develop visual treatments that bring ideas to life.
• Creative Execution & Production Oversight – Oversee all creative aspects of the production process, ensuring alignment with the client’s vision.
• Provide expert guidance on scripts, storyboards, visual styles, and production elements.
• Ensure seamless communication between creative teams, production teams, and clients.
• Creative direct projects on set when needed, ensuring high-quality execution.
• Client Management & Collaboration – Build strong relationships with clients, earning trust through transparency and clear communication.
• Address client questions related to pre-production, creative direction, and production status.
• Maintain flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of high-demand clients.

• 5+ years of experience as a Creative Producer or Director in media and production.
• Proven track record of enterprise-level client work with a strong demo reel featuring top-tier brands.
• Experience working with marketing agencies.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced industry and switch gears confidently between multiple projects.
• Strong organizational skills with acute attention to detail and a commitment to delivering polished, high-quality work.
• Experience working with Google Slides and Project Management Software ().
• Positive, motivated self-starter with a passion for storytelling and content creation.
