Content Editor​/Writer; Volunteer Position

ALL is a fast-growing nonprofit do‑tank founded in the Netherlands in 2024.

We bridge the knowledge gap between society and AI by providing continuous education, building confidence, and amplifying diverse leadership. Through masterclasses, mentorship, community events, and flagship programs, we help people not only understand AI, but actively shape how it evolves — ensuring the technology develops responsibly and represents everyone.

Our growing community includes 2,500+ members, 750+ participants, and 80+ volunteers across Europe. We host three flagship annual events: the AI4

ALL Awards, Summit, and Gala — bringing together leaders and changemakers shaping responsible AI.

We’re looking for experienced writers and creators to join our growing content team. Combining storytelling, idea generation, advocacy and creativity, your work will start meaningful conversations with our community, drive engagement with the AI4

ALL brand and support our events and partners with creative campaigns.

Our content team produces copy for social posts, newsletters, online blogs, longer‑form reports and thought‑leadership, as well as creating and editing video content. We’re equally keen to hear from applicants who have a broad skillset OR a specialism in specific areas.

Either way, you’ll be skilled at spotting a story and shaping it to be relevant for our audience, and full of ideas for new angles that will engage people in the AI4

ALL mission.

You’ll also be deeply curious about the fast‑moving world of AI (tech background not required) and the impact this is having on society, and motivated by our mission to ensure every voice is heard during this pivotal time. A particular affinity for empowering at least one of our core pillars (youth, women, health, earth) is ideal.

You will:

• Create compelling storytelling that makes responsible AI relevant to everyday life
• Write and create social posts that bring the brand to life, spread the word about our events and start conversations with our community
• Contribute to or co‑own our monthly newsletter; writing, planning and editing
• Write blogs, thought‑leadership articles and interviews tied to our Women, Earth, Health and Youth pillars.
• Create content campaigns to support our key events
• Cover the latest AI news and trends with a clear, accessible lens.
• Develop sponsored content in collaboration with partners.
• Collaborate with the design, digital and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice and identity

You’re a strong, imaginative communicator who enjoys translating ideas into sharp, engaging content. You likely have:

• Experience as a writer, journalist or content creator on consumer‑facing platforms
• Excellent writing and editing skills in English;
  Dutch is a plus.
• Strong editorial judgement, factual accuracy and attention to detail, with a proven ability to simplify complex topics.
• A creative, curious mind that’s always full of ideas
• Natural understanding of diverse audience needs, and how to tailor content for them and across different platforms
• Strong news sense – ability to spot a story and make it relevant for the AI4

• Curiosity about responsible AI and a willingness to learn.

• Experience with Canva
• Experience with video editing
• SEO writing
• Experience with social media content creation
• Interviewing experience – from community members to high‑profile industry leaders.

• Build a robust portfolio of published content on AI, thought leaders, latest innovations and talking points
• Strengthen experience in community development, social storytelling, editorial planning, newsletter production, growth marketing.
• Work closely with an inspiring international team shaping the future of responsible AI.
• Expand your professional network across the AI ecosystem.
• Contribute to a mission‑driven nonprofit making real impact for women, the planet, global health and future generations across Europe

Volunteers typically contribute 3–5 hours weekly.
