- Develop and deliver high‑impact written content for B2C retention initiatives, including websites, email, SMS, and member‑facing articles.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with creatives, project managers, content strategists, stakeholders, and executives throughout the entire creative lifecycle.
- Manage project feedback, revisions, and timelines while maintaining high editorial accuracy and consistency.
- Present creative concepts, strategies, and deliverables to stakeholders and executives with clarity and confidence.
- Ensure all content meets regulatory, compliance, and brand‑standards requirements.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Humanities, Business, Social Science, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in communications, writing, marketing, or a directly related field
- Equivalent work experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.
- 3–5 years professional copywriting experience
- 2+ years healthcare industry experience as a marketing/promotional writer (not technical/medical writing)
- Experience pitching, defending, and presenting creative work
- Experience writing within established brand guidelines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
