Job Responsibilities Content Ideation & Production- Execute video ideas provided by the Company and ensure timely delivery of assigned creative tasks.
- Proactively conceptualize, script, and produce original videos aligned with brand identity, tone, and objectives.
- Generate short-form, long-form, and behind-the-scenes content for use on Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Act as the face and personality of the brand during livestream sessions, projecting confidence, clarity, and charisma.
- Engage viewers in real-time, answer product queries, and maintain high viewer retention throughout each session.
- Prepare detailed talking points, hooks, CTAs (calls to action), and relevant stories to drive product relevance and sales.
- Monitor, document, and relay audience reactions and general public sentiment to internal stakeholders.
- Flag emerging concerns, FAQs, or audience objections to improve future content and livestream strategy.
- Stay updated with Tik Tok and social media trends to inform content style and structure.
- Provide post-livestream feedback on what resonated well with viewers and suggest content improvements.
- Track and reflect on key performance metrics such as engagement rate, peak viewership, and conversion during live streams.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in filmmaking or film editing/design.
- Familiarity with social platform tools (Meta Business Suite, Tik Tok Studio, Creator Studio); candidate with live streaming experience is a plus (Tik Tok Shop, Facebook Live, or equivalent).
- Can work independently to film and edit video in short‑form or vertical‑first formats.
- At least 1 year of experience in content creation, videography, or social media marketing.
- Strong writing skills with a solid grasp of social media tone and digital storytelling.
- Good presentation skill in front of camera with a natural, confident and engaging manner.
- Fluency in Mandarin will be a plus point as you will be required to engage with Mandarin‑speaking clients.
